This past week I emailed support with a Toneport question and received this:
"Your Line 6 Support Ticket was updated and marked as Assumed Answered by a Line 6 Support Representative. While it is in this status, if you do not reply to the ticket, it will be closed in 5 days."
I went back into the system and updated the ticket, commenting that it had NOT been answered.
Today I received this extremely helpful response:
"Your Line 6 Support Ticket was updated and marked as Assumed Answered by a Line 6 Support Representative. While it is in this status, if you do not reply to the ticket, it will be closed in 5 days."
I'm not a chronic complainer but this is totally unacceptable.
The ticket ID is 227194 if you're reading this, Line 6, though I doubt it if you don't even read your support email.
The lesson here must be -- if you buy Line 6 products, forget about support because they forget about you once they get your payment.
