Based in Australia. Been looking for a replacement battery for my jtv59. Yamaha directs me to their retailers. ALL retailers tell me Yamaha say product is discontinued. Not a battery in the entire country. So I hear what you say about not using third party batteries so what do I do? Tie a chain to it and take up boating? Really disappointing for what was a great guitar.
