Xps Mini Power Supply For Jtv 59

Will the older XPS Mini power supply I use with my old Variax 300 work with the JTV 59? Also what hardshell case fits the JTV 59? I like the Gator brand but the Gator company can't tell me if they have a case that will fit it. :D
