  1. Hello, How is it possible to have a short burst but triggered by a pick -> working as a sequencer reset to Step 1 -> fires 3 chops but for example as 1/2 dotted note ? The Bleat Chop Trem is close to this goal but it is a free-running sequencer — it cycles continuously regardless of when I pick the string. As a result every note I play lands at a random point in the 4-step cycle. Sequencer: [1][2][3][M][1][2][3][M][1][2][3][M] <- always running I play: ^ here ^ here ^ here Result: different step each time = random stutter -> this is not what I want. Another Helix effect called Pattern Tremolo unfortunately works similarly to Bleat Chop Trem, so it doesn't bring what we want. The required sample is provided as a reference what exactly is needed. <<git-burst.mp3>> The burst is triggered by a clean sound, and both sounds (clean and burst) are processed in Helix in parallel, so it's like playing two instruments at the same time. Burst is heavily modulated to obtain specific percussive effect. best, Andrzej git-burst.mp3
