Hi all, my first post here so please take it easy on me. I am new to Line 6 and my Amplifi 150 is due to be delivered later today.
In preparation I thought I would raise a support ticket, so I created an account for line 6.com and here I am. I also decided to get Amplifi Remote installed prior to the delivery arriving.
However, because I used my email address to create the support account here on line6.com I am not able to create an account for the Amplifi Remote with that email address. I get the error posted in the title of this thread- "Error 324 Email already exists".
However, I cannot use the login associated with that email to log into Amplifi Remote either. So it seems like I have been scuppered. Has anyone any ideas if there is a way to change my account settings here so that I can use this account or the same email to login to Amplifi Remote - I don't really want to have two separate accounts on separate emails for Line 6.com/amplify remote.
