    I am a new Dream Rig owner (3 days) so my personal knowledge base is very limited. I was trying to save alt tunings and guitar model in the patches but was not able to do that. I contacted customer support and it was determined that my variax firmware is outdated. I was told to download the L6 monkey to manage all updates. I was told this could only be done on a PC because the system was not compatible with Macs. Is that true ? Thanks
