    Hello. I recently purchased a Helix LT and i am having issues with it. When i purchased it,it already had the latest firmware version,and after some time of playing,just started to freeze up and sometimes show the ''boot falure,entered update mode'' with -33 in the top corner. When i go trough the factory presets,after a moment they stop to work and the helix freezes up. I tried to re update the latest firmware version , and also to downgrade to 2.20 but the issue is still present.. If you could help in any way,to resolve this issue,i would greatly appreciate. Thank you for the response.
