    I have a Spider IV 120 with a FBV Mkii Express controller. When I connected the controller to my laptop via USB and open Spider IV Edit it usually will receive the presets that are store in the AMP. It shows that I'm connected to my amp and the preset recieving window pops up but the progress stays at 0%. I have not seen any posts on this matter. Has anyone come across this. and how do i fix it without wiping out my previous presets.
