    The rubber loop and drum buttons are becoming gradually unresponsive, the middle one has worked loose and split. How do I get replacements for my Spider jam?

    Buying replacement knobs is a rip off. The knobs cost $11 and it's $10 for shipping. Come on! That's awful! Also, the email preference does not work, it keeps signing me up from everything. So I will unsubscribe from it all and get another knob somewhere else.
