  1. According to the manual with Line 6's Sonic Port VX you can track both its mic and guitar in at same time. Besides a practice and recording tool this may be good for when I take my Skype guitar lessons - if I can select my webcam mic as the line 6 device? That way I could play and talk to my instructor at the same time, since devices like this take over as the default sound adapter while plugged in. What do you think? I'm a Windows PC user and also own an Apple iPhone 5s. So I'm thinking of buying this ASAP to replace my old TonePort GX and get more functionality. [From the manual: Input Select Switch - Move this (3-way) switch to select Sonic Port VX’s active input: Guitar In -or- Stereo microphones -or- Mono microphone + Guitar In.] - Steve
