  1. Hi Our band bought the MD20 around 6 months ago for live sound and also recording, which we area on a learning curve from base 1.The live sound has gone fine no real issues, however we tried to record recently with full band hooked up to the mixer 2 vocals 2 guitars, bass and electronic drums. We mixed the band as normal as per gig levels but when we played it back on the mixer the vocal and drums where significantly higher in the mix than the guitars. We mixed the drums and vocals right down to compensate, but on playback of the recording exactly the same problem.we tried this mix as input only and also mix only but alas nothing change. Any theories why the vocals and drums are playing back louder even though they are down in the mix? we tried 2 different sd cards but no change. I have read on another thread that the mixer leaves headroom on the recording for the channels to be brought up, which might explain the quietness of the guitars/bass but not the difference in levels of the vocals/drums. From experience is something we may be doing wrong or does it sound like a problem with the mixer? Thanks for any help! Chris
