HD500X Buzzing in Effects Loop Only

As the title states... I have a massive buzzing when I run the HD500X in the effects loop of my amp (EVH 5150 III 50 Watt). Video Below: 

 

Things I've tried:

 

1) Jumper from Send back to Return on amp-- No buzz so Amp is Fine.

     -----Also tried just a cable into the effects return only and it buzzed

 

2) Swapping in and out ALL cables -- Buzz Persisted

 

3) Remove all pedals and start adding one by one-- Buzz went away until I added the Pod back in

 

4) Removed all pedals except Pod (being powered by the power supply that came with it)-- Buzz Persisted

 

5) Again, tried several different cables in Pod alone-- Buzz Persisted

 

 

With the only the Pod plugged in, I grabbed and jiggled the metal parts on the cables plugged into the effects loop on the amp and the buzzing decreased and then came back... I could SORT OF make it go away very briefly.

 

I'm not sure if the Pod is amplifying a buzz coming from the effects or if there is a weird grounding issue with the pod itself. 

 

Any clue what this could be???? I'm super frustrated!
