shadowstephenson
I'm running OSX Yosemite 10.9.5 on an iMac, and randomly, my Pod Studio UX2 won't respond to being plugged in by USB. Usually, when it's plugged in and I just don't have the right drivers installed, it still lights up and has a blinking red light like it's plugged in, but now it just seems dead. I've tried downloading and uninstalling and redownloading all of the drivers, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Monkey and the License Manager, but still zip. Monkey, POD Farm, License Manager all say "no device recognized" or "not connected." I don't know much about computer troubleshooting, so I'd really appreciate a really straight forward response, because I more than likely won't understand much complicated technical computer terminology. Specs: Line 6 POD Studio UX2 2008 iMac: - Processor: 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - Memory: 2 GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM / Also running an external HD Logic X If I'm missing any info that would help resolve the problem, just let me know and I'll try to figure it out. Brazzy
I just had the same problem with a TonePort UX2 and GX. I had to open Monkey and select the device I wanted to connect to even though it didn't connect. Then sign in if it wasn't already. I selected the driver and clicked update. That took me to the website to download the driver which I had to open and run. After it was done installing I restarted my Win 7 laptop and once it restarted I plugged in the USB and opened Monkey again to get Pod Farm installed. Hope it helps.
