Drivers for UX1 not updating

Hello,

Sorry if this has already been covered but I have searched the forums and can't find anything on this subject.

I have a Toneport UX1 and have been trying to update the drivers. Line Monkey says that I have ver. 4.0.2.6 and need ver. 4.2.7.1. After running the update the program tells me that the drivers have been successfully updated but when I go to Gear Box it says that the drivers are 4.0.2.6 and not 4.2.7.1 and when I go back to Monkey it says I need to update the drivers.

The drivers in the Driver File in Line 6 folder are 4.2.7.1 but they are not being used.

 

Can someone help with this.

I'm just interested in whether there has been any reply to this problem. I'm having trouble trying to get my old, already-installed version of UX1 running before I decide to buy an upgrade for my new Win10 computer. If Line 6 doesn't support their existing (old) installations, I doubt that they'll support a new one either. Any help anywhere?
