Amplifi 75 not responding to iOS app presets and editor

I bought it, brought it home, waited FOREVER for the requested updates on my iPhone, iPad, and the amp itself. I restarted the amp as requested, it plays music from my iTunes library through the app just fine, but the amp will not respond to suggested presets to match the song, or any other loaded presets for that matter. I tried to write my own preset in the app, nothing. The amp so far only works with the 4 local presets on the amp itself (meh). What's up?
