MichaelAvery
Hello there! I've had my Pod for almost 2 years now and never had a problem until today. All of a sudden, when I turn on my Pod and open up HD500x edit, it doesn't link up to the PC. I get an error message saying that it could not detect a Pod connected to my computer and that Edit will run in offline mode. The device works just fine, and I can still run it through my Scarlett and record with it, but I'm no longer able to mainpulate patches through the PC edit mode. I also tried opening Monkey and getting the drivers (it says they aren't installed), but the drivers won't install. Also, this could be the source of the issue but I just updated to Windows 10 last week. It worked completely fine for the last week though, I only have the issue now.
MichaelAvery
UPDATE: So I made a bit of progress. I was able to revert back to Windows 8.1 and update all my drivers, Hd500 edit, everything. Now Line 6 Monkey recognizes my device (it didn't before), but Edit still will not recognize the device. MichaelAvery
FINAL UPDATE:I re-installed HD500x edit and it finally decided to work. Looks like Windows 10 was most likely the original issue.
