Firebird76
In POD HD500X Edit the setting for Tempo Sync in Mixer section is set to "Preset". Then in the editor I set the Tap Tempo within a preset to e.g. 146 BPM and send the selected preset to the HD500X board. During sending the Tap LED then hicks once (as if it receives something) but continues to blink in the standard tempo (120 BPM). I also saved the preset with this new 146 BPM tempo setting. However, when switching between presents in the Editor the Tap Tempo is back to 120 BPM. It looks like the HD500X is not saving (as Patch in POD HD500X Edit) and receiving the Tap Tempo setting in the floorboard. Am I doing something wrong here or is there a bug in the software? Please note that I used this feature with success in my other POD HD300 board and editor.
Firebird76
Thanks for the explanation and workaround, hurghanico. Quite shameful this is a known bug which exists in the higher end POD HD while it does work properly in the lower range of the series...
