Connecting TRIO+ to UX1

Hey,

 

I would kindly appreciate help with connecting the TRIO+ to my UX1.

 

Currently the setup is as following: Guitar ---> UX1 ---> 1)amp 2) computer.

Where should I connect the TRIO+  - before the UX1 or after ??

 

Please help.
