Nil0201
Hi! Hope this is the correct section. So, i use this Pod hd300 for month, without any problems. But now, if i try to connect my POD to pc, the program PODHD300 Edit don't recognize them. What can i do? I have reinstalled driver, line6 Monkey, the Podhd300 edit. But the problem isn't resolved. ...Cubase recognize the pod correctly.I use Windows 7.
bjnette
could be the trying it after driver etc updated or reinstalled you have to restart for Monkey to see it. What I found one time anyway. Otherwise, check the correct versions of Edit used etc. It'll be something simple like that hopefully
Nil0201
I'm trying to upload my flash memory. Any programs to open .phf files?
still_fiddlin
Check that your POD HD 300 shows up in Windows Device Manager with the correct driver and is not disabled. Here's what my 400 looks like on my Win7 system. P.S. If Cubase sees it, try to close Cubase and reboot, to make sure nothing has exclusive access to the device, preventing the editor from opening it. A device in Windows is a lot like a file, and if one application opens it "exclusively," another will not be able to use it.
Nil0201
The device is working properly. No problem with driver..
bjnette
Great news! All solved then or just recognized by Device manager?
stumblinman
I'm sure you tried all your USB ports and aren't connecting through a hub? Cubase may not be finicky, but the edit software might be. /shrug
