franjoe30
I am having an issue with recording into Presonous Studio One 3 using the Helix LT as the USB device. Whilst connected there are intermittent pops and crackles, this happens even when I am not playing. The pops are registering in the fader for the instrument track. I have tried changing sample rates and adjusting latency etc but this does not help. I am currently running the most up to date Helix drivers and firmware and the computer is an i5 with plenty of processing power. I've read other threads on the forum about this issue occurring in other DAW's and have tried the fixes noted however I still have the issue. Could it be a Asio/driver issue? If anyone has had a similar problem on Presonous and a possible solution i'd be very grateful to hear from you.
pbatts
I've had this problem in a different scenario and found it to be the USB cable.

franjoe30
I tried using a differen't USB cable however unfortunatly the popping etc is still there. Could it be a driver issue?
