Missing Models when connected by USB

Recommended Posts

It's been a while since I've fired up my PodXT Pro and I've never had this issue before. I'm connecting to a new Windows 10 PC and I downloaded Monkey and updated the drivers and have green checks all the way down. I've also checked the License Manager and both the Pod and the Computer are listed as authorized.

When I power on the Pod if it's connected via USB, I get the "Standard Model Set Loaded" messages and all my add-on models are gone. If I disconnect the USB, everything loads fine. If I reconnect the USB after powering on, the models play fine, it's only if the Pod is powered on while the USB is connected. If I power off the PC and leave the USB connected, the models load fine as well.

The PodXT Pro is fully updated (green checks in Monkey) and the drivers are up to date. I'm running Windows 10 x64.

Any help would be appreciated.
