Tehowneror Posted February 2, 2018 Share Posted February 2, 2018 Hi all, I'm currently hooked up to a combo (DSL40c) with fx loop using the 4 cable method and I have a Diezel VH4 pre-amp pedal that I'd love to cable in. I'd like to be able to switch between:(a) Diezel (and only the Diezel) going straight to the power amp (b) HD500x in the FX loop (for different amp modelling). at the touch of a switch. I can't get my head around how this would be possible with the 4 cable method, and I'm thinking it wont be. Can anyone recommend how it can be done? Even with more cables? The Diezel has three interfaces: 1 guitar in, 1 out to guitar amp, 1 out to power amp. And an on/off switch (off kills the signal). Any suggestions?
