POD HD300 Driver problem

Hello fellow Line6 family,

So I bought this used POD HD300 that, besides software, works fine. The problem is when I try to install drivers for HD300 using printer USB cable and line6 Monkey. I have followed the instructions and installed the drivers on 3 different computers with win7&win10 but when I complete the installation and start Monkey it still shows that drivers are not installed. And yes, I pluged in/out USB cable during the installation as instructed. I have registered the product online. I also tried installing drivers by using the newest and the oldest line 6 monkey version.  Does anybody know the answer to this problem? I am so desperate, I bought this multi effect specifically to have fun with presets. Any kind of help would be really appreciated.

Try running the installation using the Run As Administrator option in Windows - do this by right clicking on what you want to run and select Run As Administrator.  Or you can login with Full Administrator capabilities and try it.
