peterbush Posted August 12, 2018 Share Posted August 12, 2018 I have been trying to connect my Helix LT via USB to my PC(windows 10, USB 2.0 port) but I am not having any luck. I ran the firmware update to 2.6 last night on a different computer and have moved it to another computer today to use the Helix edit software but it is not seeing my device. Window's sees the unit fine, I can select it as a sound device and hear audio through headphones connected to the LT. The updater and Helix edit are not seeing the unit however, if I move around to different USB ports it will show up in the updater but when I close it and open the edit software it says no device connected. I have tried moving the USB to different ports while the edit software is open and I finally got the error code -9123, does anyone have an idea of what that might be? Thanks! I installed the drivers using the HXedit 2.6 installer per some other instructions that I found and have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the drivers multiple times but I am not having any luck.
