Windows 10 Blue Screen - KMODE exception not handled

Greetings,

After a while (let's say 10 mn) playing Guitar Rig Pro v5, I get a blue screen KMODE exception not handled (ks.sys)

I sometines also get the following blue screen message : Driver IRQL not less or egal, ...

I do not do specific actions when it crashes, ... just playing (ie: with the Guitar Rig Harmony-E preset)

My guitar is connected in my Amplifi TT (audio interface) using the 2.61 firmware. I'm using the ASIO driver.

I can't reproduce the issue on demand. The only thing I know is that it crashes sooner or later.

If I use the Scarlett 2i2 instead Amplifi TT, it works well.

Any clue how to resolve such situation ?
