I have just downloaded helix native trial and i am using hd500x as an audio interface. So when i try to use the plugin in pro tools and reaper, i get lag, clippings and bsod in windows 10.

I have tried both asiohd500x and asio4all and i get bsod. I am using a alienware15 r2 which has no usb 2.0. So when i turn aeroplane modez the daw works for more time. I really liked the helix native. Gave really good sound with ir impluse loaded on different plugin. I use direct sound from my dk2 dinky plugged to hd500x amp disabled and output with krk g3 5 .

Also if i use 512 buffer than sound comes good from helix native but there is some slight ms of latency that i can tell.with 256 buffer there is no latnecy but sound is clipping and mute sometimes. Really bad experience.

Do you guys think i should buy a audio interface like ur22 mkII.

Any advice guys. Thanks

Thanks, so using reaper and pod driver with 256 buffer size and high performance on battery and its going stable for now. Using helix native and no lag with really great sound. No crashes.

Is there anyway we can ampify the direct sound from pod hd without turning the amp on hd. I want to use hd as audio interface but normally in other audio interface you can control the direct  volume of the guitar. Cant find any option to do that with hd500x.
