floridachef904 Posted February 25, 2019 Share Posted February 25, 2019 (edited) could not load a preset from your site, that forever crashed HX edit, then i tried updating helix LT to 2.71 firmware from 2.70 and now its bricked and displays Boot Failure. Entered Update Mode! But wont let me update or reinstall anything. even offline it fails time and time again, ive tried different cords and restarted computer and helix dozens of times. Tried a factory reset and it wont work, starts to display "Loading Presets: then back to Boot failure. Entered Update Mode! :0 This is just my support ticket. Ive been working on this for 3 hours now. Can't even factory reset. Extremely bummed.......... ANY HELP would make me feel better and hopefully resolve this. lollipoping 6 hours later. 3 new usb cords and using the offline method was what made it come back to life! line 6, send someone over here to clean up my music studio, give me a massage and some valium.
