mclagett
Hi -- I'm going to be playing a cover of the Beatles' It's All Too Much from their Yellow Submarine album. There is a significant extended feedbacked guitar as an introduction to this tune. I have an HD500x and am wondering if it is at all possible to model that feedback effect without having to have real volumes on stage to achieve it. I would love to work some approximation of it into my tune if it is something I can have complete control over. If anyone has any thoughts on this, I would much appreciate. Thanks. mclagett
Just in case anyone needs the same thing, I've been making some progress with the Classic Distortion setting; this gives good feedback with the amp at manageable volume levels for everything else, controllable with the volume control of the guitar. Am playing around with this to see if it gets to where I want to be.
zerosignal0
I would think if you are playing with a noise gate / expression pedal combo you might be able to macro the expression pedal to drop the noise gate and gradually boost the gain during that part of the song?
