LIne 6 Toneport UX8 connectivity Problems

Hey Everybody,

 

a few weeks ago i got my new Macbook. It is from 2019 with mac os catalina. So there are just 4 usb-c plugs. After installing the newest drivers and after buying a connector usb-a to usb-c adapter and also usb-a 3.0 to usb-c adapter. But nothing. The Clip lights do not stop to blink and my ux8 has not connected yet.

 

Does annyone has a similar problem and maybe could help me?

I just got a new computer and the same thing is happening to me.  I had no issues with my older laptop, but an updated desktop just wont recognize the ux8.  I know line6 no longer supports or sells the ux8, but i'm hoping that just because of that, the newer systems can still work with it.  Has anybody had any luck in fixing it?
