Blackbasser Posted May 17, 2020 Share Posted May 17, 2020 Hi everyone, I have an HD500 that I use to channel switch my Randall T2 head via MIDI. I spent about 8 hours and was able to figure out how to program my HD and head to switch channels. One day my programming disappeared (possibly due to a power outage). Now I can't remember how I did it. I put the HD in pedalboard mode (5678) and set the midi program up the way I remembered. Midi channel 1, program change, and the preset number from the Randall manual (see link, page 13 of Randall manual). With the amp in "learn mode".The amp won't store my settings. The pain is real on this one. If anyone can help my find the missing step, I would be forever grateful!! Please note, the info in the manual is for the T2 and V2 amps.
