Aetrobis Posted June 20, 2020 Share Posted June 20, 2020 I have the DMC 4 GEN 3 as a midi controller for my HX Stomp. The dmc has a side roller for expression. I also have an expression pedal going into the midi controller. At this point, they both have the same input signature, but I want them assigned differently on my HX Stomp. For example, in my tremelo preset, I want to assign "depth" to the expression pedal, and "mix" to my roller. Problem is, in HX edit, my choices are expression 1 and expression 2. But since both mine are coming through one midi line, they're both reading as expression 1. I tried putting expression pedal in to fs4/fs5 input and assigning the HX to exp2, but that got very whacky, making the depth bounce all over and not stabilize.
