ROMOTE 2.0 DOES NOT WORK AND 1.03 KEEP CRASHING ALL THE TIME PLEASE HELP

Hi I recently bought an amp line 6 spider V20 and I have nothing but struggles with Spider V remote software on my laptop.

The 1.03 version crashes all the time ( no device connected ) even though the amp is connected and the 2.0 does not work at all, Please reply if you know how I can get it right
