LeoSlawik
Hi guys, i have a HX stomp firmware 2.92 and HX Edit firmware 2.92 i haven't connected it for some months (always worked) but as i did today hx edit didn't connect anymore. i reinstalled hx edit and line6 updater, tried different cables, different usb connections but nothing helped. windows tells me "unknown usb device" and when i check the driver it says that the apropriate driver is installed for device. the driver version is 1.93 which seems to be the latest one. did anyone experience the same issue, or knows if it has to do with win10 updates or so? this nearly renders my hx stomp useless i want to use it as audio interface and edit all my patches via hx edit. i did everything it seems and am just one little step away of selling it :( cheers UPDATE: Seems the female USB typeB port on the helix is not functioning anymore. the little plastic center piece got broken and therefore doesn't have contact anymore. First time ever on any device i own that the USB plug broke.
