beggar Posted February 14, 2014 Share Posted February 14, 2014 Hi All, I am currently using 2 of the EX1 expression pedals on my M13 but really want a bigger more robust pedal. I use one pedal to control things like Wah, Compression level etc., while the other is used to control volume on drive settings etc. From all of the posts I have read, the Boss FV500 stands out as a favourite amongst a lot of uses and is quite well priced. My question is to those who are using the Boss FV500, which is the right one to use plugged into the expression jack on the M13 the same way the EX1 is connected? I want the pedal to be connected inline, not at the start of the chain. Do I use the 500H or the 500L and which output on the Boss do you connect to the M13 expression connector? I do realise that I would have to get a TRS to Mono cable to connect the Boss unlike the Mono to Mono like the EX1. Appreciate and help.
