I’m using a Spider V 240 that is out of warranty. Most recently all my clean channels have started to make a loud crackling sound that drowns out the sound of the guitar. paintsplatta99 Posted January 19, 2023 Share Posted January 19, 2023 Did you ever figure out what the issue was? I'm experiencing something very similar on my 120w Spider IV. On the clean channels only, there is distinguished click when I hit certain strings/notes accompanied by volume fluctuations. This does not happen on distorted channels.
