llovato Posted November 10, 2020 Share Posted November 10, 2020 Can anyone help me figure out why I can no longer access cloud tones using any of my spider remote software? I can log in to my account, connect to my Spider V120 amp, connect to and use my saved tones online, but can no longer search for tones on the cloud. I can type search text, and the software looks likes its trying to find tones in the cloud, but after briefly spinning, only “No Tones Found” shows up. Tried Spider Remotes on my Mac, iPhone, and my iPad, but all cloud searches from within my Spider Remotes produces the same “No Tones Found” error. PaulWasHere Posted November 24, 2021 Share Posted November 24, 2021 I’m having the exact same problem. I’m connected to my V120 with my iPad and logged into my account. Everything works as you stated and I get the same “no tones found” message no matter how generic of a search term I use. I entered the word “rock” and still had no results. The two similarities we have are the V120 and iPad. However, you stated that you connected with other devices with the same results essentially eliminating an iPad issue. So really it seems there’s only one commonality being the V120. I will continue to check settings etc.. and hope that we or another can identify and correct the issue.
