How to stop Getting feedback

To begin with ... I am a beginner to playing electric guitar and to the Spider V 60!

I have a Yamaha Pacifica and have the G10 Relay (receiver is built into the amp).

I am having trouble with feedback (I assume that’s what it is) and find I have to face a certain direction and move well away from the amp to reduce / stop it. It isn’t really loud, maybe it isn’t feedback but it’s some sort of constant buzzing noise.

I also have a fender cable and it happens with that as well.

Putting my fingers over all of the strings stops it, but obviously that’s no help! Taking out the transmitter from the guitar and unplugging the cable stops the noise.

is there anything I can do to reduce or stop it, or is it normal? Could it be a fault with the amp?

Any suggestions welcome, but please be gentle as I don’t know much about this stuff yet!!
