What do I need to get my Line 6 Amplifi TT ready for use of recording with software on my laptop?

I received an Amplifi TT Line 6 from my Uncle, but never received any cables, or any instructions on how to use it. I would really like to use it as a guitar interface so that I can record my guitar/bass on my ThinkPad laptop. However, I haven't been able to find any videos or demonstrations online of how to plug in the thing, nor what cables I even need to use it, or what software I'll need to download to do my recording. I tried looking at the online manual, but either I don't understand it, or I don't think it helps me. 

 

All I have is the Amplifi TT, and my Thinkpad, and my Guitar and Bass, and some quarter inch cables. What needs to be done so that I can get my Line 6 Amplifi TT ready for use in recording guitar?
