sloz
Hi all, I'm owner of a Pod XT Live that is great for what i did so far in homestudio/headphones under "line" position of the pedal to the computer. But i'd like to have an idea of what gear i'd need if my band ever wanted to go to rehearsal/live level of amplification ... For that i've made copies of all my presets so to bypass distortion (as i'm planning to use an external metal muff pedal for that effect) & all under "amp" position of pedal. Therefore i've watched around & found nice amps of approx 100W/8ohms that i'd ideally buy in 2 examplaries for correct stereo restitution (1 Pod output channel each). The exact issue i'm coming here for : what sort of amp head(s) would i need to be quite sure i fully tap the Pod sound richness into these 100W/8ohms ? I've watched but i seen stuff going from 5W to 60W, with or without lamps, i'm sort of confused as it seems most are adding sound/fx/disto when i just want my exact Pod output amplified. Thanks a lot in advance for an insight and some good practice advices :)
