Helix crash on factory reset and profile direction location question.

I can't clear my Helix presets. I have uninstalled and re-installed and my USER preset lists I have worked on reappear. I have saved these already. I just want a fresh restart. The factory reset still has all the user entries after I press that button. When I select factory 2 it crashes. I am using Cubase 10.5 elements. Also crashed out on Repear when I select factory 2.
