Quivila
Hi, yesterday i buy a Pod GO, so i download the Pod Go Edit, and when i sign in, it said me "Cannot reache servers. Make sure this computer is connected to the internet". But i'm connected on the internet. Also, another problem, i can't go to the line 6 website without a VPN. When i go to the site, Google say me "Unable to find line6.com IP adress", and when i activate the vpn, it works. I think my IP adress was blocked from line6.com, but idk why. Anyone can help me pls ?
voxman55
Have you created a line 6 account?

voxman55
What computer do you have? Desktop, laptop, PC or Mac? It sounds like you may not be getting a strong enough signal via the USB between Pod Go and your computer. First thing to check is the strength of your internet signal using an internet speed checker. If it is slower than it should be, reboot your router. Next, check your USB cable. Try a different cable and see if this solves your problem. If your computer is a desktop PC and you are connecting via front USB ports, try using a rear USB port which will often provide a stronger signal. If this doesnt help or you are using a laptop, you may need a powered USB hub to provide a stronger signal.

voxman55
You asked for suggestions to help. Its always best to start with the basics. If you don't want to that's up to you of course. You might also want to check if your firewall or antivirus are the problem.
