Frau44 Posted August 11, 2022 Share Posted August 11, 2022 Just wondering if people have purchased amps are having the same kind of support issues as I’ve experienced since buying the Spider V20 10 days ago -spider remote on my laptop crashes a few seconds after opening -created a ticket, promised to be answered within 3 business days… no response yet on day 4 -no link provided to me for the free recording software advertised -deinstalled the remote software and drivers… went back and trying to reload the software (version 2) to reinstall… the site now will not let me download version 2… version 1 or anything else… -the amp works ok… but I made the purchase because the spider remote was supposedly going to give me access to many other tones… I am very, very disappointed at this point.
