hx stomp connected to logic shows analog bypass

Hi guys, I recently got my new iMac 24, and I plug my hx stomp into the computer as the audio interface for me to send output to the two speakers, but every time I try to open logic, the hx's screen just shows ''Analog Bypass!'' ''Press any switch'', and keeps making ''click'' sound. I tried to ignore it, but it also affects when I am working in logic, which the logic would suddenly lose the connection from the HX and ask me if I want to change to another output, sometimes it even does not have any sound when I play back the audio track, It is kind of annoying. I keep searching for any solution, but it seems none of those could help me with that, so I am hoping for someone could give me the answer of how to fix it. Thanks a lot.
