HX EFFECTS question - 4 cable method with stereo output and amp channel switching

Hi, 

I'd like to get a HX effects to use with my Mesa MK V 25W (Which I use as a preamp -> audio interface ->IR cab simulation in DAW)

I currently use my "normal" pedalboard (with drive pedals in the front and time based effects in the loop), I want to keep some of my analog pedals in the path, 

Can the HX EFFECTS do the following?

 

1) Provide a Stereo Output while using the 4 cable method ( I want to keep delays and choruses in the loop)

2) Saving a preset that also switches my amp's channel, turns on/off various effects

3) Having an expression pedal always on for changing various parameters (wah etc)
