Helix Native -1116 error when trying to backup presets/IRs through export bundle (Windows 10)

Hi All

 

Just installed 3.5, but the previous version worked. I ran Line 6 License Manager, reauthorised my PC. I am logged in to Helix Native, when I run the plug in (through Ableton Live).

 

Still getting this error--did a reinstall . . . no difference. I have heard that you need to run another 3rd party uninstaller, but I am suspect of doing any of that.
