The error sais: "Failed to get impulse names! Service is not online (code -8207). Photo attached!! Thank you!! PS: It's not the USB connection cable's fault!!! vzop Posted January 8, 2023 Share Posted January 8, 2023 Hello everyone, since the latest firmware update I've been experiencing the same issue. I'm facing serious trouble in letting the POD Go be recognised by DAWs as a USB audio interface. Windows PCs crashed at times and MAC ones lost connection after a few minutes. I don't think that something went wrong when updating the pedalboard, as I am able to correctly use the effects which were added in July. I also updated the POD Go Edit software.
