Helix LT -- Expression Pedal without function and unit freezes in testing mode (FW. 3.60)

I just discovered that the expression pedal on my LT is not responding anymore. I have to admit that i didnt use the pedal for the last 4 years or so, but it worked back then.

 

The latest FW 3.60 is installed, so i dont know if this problem is software related. I also tried to use the hardware testing mode but the unit freezes trying to enter UI Test.

 

So how can i find out if this problem is software or hardware related ?

Hey, not sure if this is your problem or not, but this video helped me with an issue on the volume pedal not working anymore, I replaced the led myself and it worked again
