Route USB Audio from Helix to USB Interface

I use a Presonus 32R Digital Mixer in my home studio for recording and rehearsing. Great for personal headphone mixes of the wholle band (drums, etc)  It also works great as a USB interface for recording with Pro Tools.

I was wondering: Since I also have my Helix Floor connected to my windows 10 laptop via USB, is it possible to route the USB audio coming in from the Helix back out to the Presonus through USB? That would enable me to get rid of the analog XLR cables that I use to connect my Helix to the 32R, and also bypass the extra Digital-Analog and Analog-Digital Conversion step.  I should mention that I use the Presonus ASIO USB Driver, and that is the interface that Pro Tools is connected to

Update: I did actually get this to work. I was able to use VB-Audio Matrix https://vb-audio.com/Matrix/  Which is a nice piece of software. I routed the output from the Helix ASIO driver to Matrix, then route back out to the Presonus ASIO driver. Then on the 32R I set routed the input on the channel from USB. It also sends the signal back out on USB Send, which Pro Tools also picks up from the Presonos ASIO driver. I had to lower the buffer sizes on the 2 ASIO drivers to 64 samples to reduce the latency, but now it is really not noticeable at all.
