Amplifi 75 (USB) only in mono on PC

Hello, Everyone,

I have a weird problem with my Amplifi 75. Connected via USB to three different win 10 PCs, all drivers (win 10 and Amplifi) up to date. Audacity and another app that I forgot the name.

It records in mono! I’m not a noob in tinkering and yet I haven’t found the solution. Dog care essentials I switched to the line input connected to the headphone output of the 75 and it works normally.

I tried several usb cables, it still messes up. When I used jamvox (software and speaker/sound card) and another external sound card, it worked.

Need Help it's urgent please help me.

Best Regtard,

Hello there,

Check the Amplifi app or web interface for any audio output settings related to USB. Ensure stereo output is selected if available. Look for options like "Mono Mixing" or "Dual Mono" and disable them if present.
Double-check for the latest Windows 10 drivers for your sound card or audio interface (might be generic USB audio drivers). You can also try updating the Amplifi 75 firmware if available (check Line 6's website).
Temporarily disable any unused audio devices in Device Manager (right-click Start menu, select Device Manager, expand "Sound, video and game controllers"). Restart your PC and test.
If the issue started recently, consider performing a System Restore to a point before the problem occurred (assuming you have restore points enabled).
Search online forums or Line 6's support resources for similar issues with the Amplifi 75 and USB recording on Windows 10. There might be known workarounds or solutions.

Best Regards,
Kynect
