HX Stomp XL with no sound - behaves like bypassed

Hi guys!

Excuse me if there's any other thread about this, but I haven't found anything exactly like this.

I had a gig on Friday with no problems at all and today, when switching on the unit again, this happened straight away:

My HX Stomp XL has no sound. The signal goes through it when it's on and off but it's like if the pedalboard was bypassed. The presets don't do anything and the device seems to work as usual but doesn't modify the signal coming from the guitar. So I can only basically hear the clean tone from the guitar.

Furthermore, the HX Edit does not detect the device.

I tried turning it off and on and it stays the same, and it doesn't matter if it's connected to the mac via usb or not.

I've also tried a factory reset and the problem persists.

Also tried activating the analog bypass and getting back to normal but nothing happens.

Also tried different cables and all that.

A weird thing is that when I normally turn on the stomp the guitar doesn't sound at all while it's loading but now it does (the clean direct sound I mean). So, I don't know, it's kind of weird.

The signal goes through the device, so it's not a problem from the cables I'm using, but the device does nothing to the signal, it sounds totally clean.

I haven't updated the HX Stomp recently or anything like that either.

I just started it today and it doesn't work.

I'm using MacOS Sonoma, if that's of any use : (
